The GWO Working at Height & Manual Handling Combined Refresher Course is designed for individuals working in the wind energy industry who need to renew their certification every two years. This Global Wind Organisation-accredited course blends theory and practical training to ensure participants can safely carry out work at height and perform manual handling tasks in hazardous environments such as wind turbines. Delivered in a real-world training facility, the course prepares delegates to manage risks, use rescue techniques, and follow correct safety procedures. Upon successful completion, delegates will receive an updated GWO Working at Height & Rescue certificate.

This course is for professionals in the renewable and wind energy sector who already hold a valid GWO Working at Height & Rescue certificate and need to refresh their qualification to remain compliant for offshore and onshore work.

The course includes both practical training in a controlled environment and a written multiple-choice test. Delegates must demonstrate safe working techniques and pass both assessments to receive certification.

Upon successful completion, your certificate will be valid for two years. You can also book your Offshore Medical at the same time for added convenience.
