The Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Course, developed by MHFA England, is a two-day program that trains individuals to become certified Mental Health First Aiders. Through expert-led workshops, group discussions, and real-life scenarios, delegates gain the confidence and practical skills to recognise signs of mental health struggles, offer initial support, and guide individuals toward appropriate help.
