The IOSH PPE Inspection course is a practical, entry-level qualification designed for employees who are responsible for selecting, inspecting, or using personal protective equipment in the workplace. Suitable across industries—from construction to manufacturing and utilities—this half-day to one-day course delivers essential knowledge on the correct use, maintenance, and legal requirements of PPE. Delegates will gain the confidence to carry out basic inspections, identify faulty or non-compliant equipment, and ensure PPE is fit for purpose. Upon successful completion, learners receive an official IOSH certificate, typically issued within 6 weeks, demonstrating their competence in maintaining safe working standards through proper PPE management.
